DO WE BUILD BARNDOMINIUMS?
Yes, we can build most barndominium style plans.
DO WE FINISH THE INTERIOR?
No, we do not finish out the inside, but we do have recommended contractors on our website that you can use. They do wonderful work and are easy to work with. You can save a lot of money by contracting it out yourself.
HOW MUCH DO POLE BARN HOMES COST?
Buildings are priced per size. We do not have a set square foot price.
ARE POLE BARN HOMES CHEAPER THAN TRADITIONAL HOMES?
Yes, they typically are, but it depends on how they are finished out.
DO WE NEED PLANS?
Yes, we require each home project to have plans from our draftsman even if you already have plans. The plans are free with a signed contract. They include exterior and interior floor plans.
DO WE HAVE PLANS TO LOOK AT?
No, we use your ideas, sketch, or photo inspirations to draw personalized plans.
HOW MUCH ARE PLANS?
The cost is free with a signed contract.
HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?
Our Instant Quote Calculator on our website can provide an estimated price for curiosity's sake. To obtain a formal quote we require an in person meeting at our office. A formal quote will be more, mainly because homes take much more time to build, but there are other factors, as well.
CAN I GET FINANCING FOR A POLE BARN HOME?
Yes, you may have to search, but it is done all the time! A couple of the many banks that we have heard about that offer this type of financing are: First United Bank (Calera, Oklahoma Branch) and Community Bank (Bristow, Oklahoma.) Notice: We do not accept jobs that are financed with a BancFirst construction loan, unless the client is able to provide the materials payment by other means than the construction loan.
DO WE OFFER GENERAL CONTRACTING?
No, we do not. You will need to check with your bank to be sure that you can be the general contractor for the project as we only build the exterior.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO FINISH THE INTERIOR?
We have heard of the interior ranging from 30k to 100k, based on personal choice.
WHAT PART OF THE PROJECT CAN WE DO?
We can draw the plans, we can quote the dirt-work, build the exterior, install your choice of doors and windows, build porches, and pour the concrete.
WHAT KIND OF DOORS AND WINDOWS DO WE OFFER?
Please refer to the Products Page for this information. We offer quality doors and windows, but some prefer a different color or different sizes than what we offer. In this case, there is the option to buy your own doors and windows and just have us install them. (We do not allow other companies, contractors or individuals to install windows on our buildings.)
CAN WE BUILD TWO STORY HOMES/WHAT IS THE CLEARANCE?
We offer up to 22’ sidewalls. If you add 4/12 pitch and vaulted trusses, you can gain another 4’ at the peak. We can install second-story windows as well as build balconies.
DO WE OFFER PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL?
No, you will need to use a licensed plumber and electrician; we can work with them on the timing of the concrete. We have recommendations for contractors on our website.
WILL WE GET THE PERMIT FOR POLE BARN HOMES?
Yes, we can.
